Equality, diversity and inclusion
Our statement on equality, diversity and inclusion, and our policy on bullying and harassment.
Last updated 28 July 2026. Version 2026-07-28.v1.
Our commitment
Legacy Compass is committed to building an inclusive, respectful and safe environment for everyone we work with, whether that is our team, our partners, or the families we serve. We believe that difference makes us better, and we want everyone who comes into contact with us to be treated with dignity and respect.
Equality, diversity and inclusion
We uphold equality, diversity and inclusion across everything we do, including recruitment, how we build and support our team, and the partnerships we form. We do not discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender identity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background.
We actively seek out a range of perspectives and lived experiences, because a service that helps families through some of the hardest moments of their lives has to understand the full breadth of the people it serves.
Bullying and harassment
As a small enterprise, we are committed to a workplace that is free from bullying, harassment and victimisation. We take any concern seriously, and anyone who raises one can expect a clear path to have it heard and addressed. No one should feel unsafe or unwelcome in how we work.
Where we are, and where we are going
We are an early-stage company, and we are honest about that. We are working towards formalising our full equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding policies as we grow. This statement sets out the principles we already hold ourselves to in the meantime.
