A calmer way to start
The conversation no one knows how to start.
Money, care and what matters most, before a crisis decides them for you. Legacy Compass gives your family one calm place to work out what to talk about, and who needs to be in it.

The problem
You know it is coming. You just do not know where to begin.
In short: Legacy Compass is for adult children helping an ageing parent, the sandwich generation, who can see the hard decisions coming but do not know where to start. A short, free call maps conversations, money, care and people onto a family compass, then hands you a plan with the words to raise them and who needs to be in the room. It works before a crisis, not after.
It is rarely a simple chat with one parent. It is a tangle of people, and that is what makes it hard to start.
Who is even in this?
The timing never feels right.
How it works
A plan first, then the conversations.
Start with a short, friendly call.
A gentle voice call asks a few questions, then draws a clear picture of where things stand.
See the four areas that matter.
Conversations, money, care and people, mapped on your family compass.
Have the conversations that matter.
Your plan gives you the words, and the order to raise them, with the people who need to be in it.

It prompted us to settle things I had not thought to ask.
Questions
The things families ask us first.
What is Legacy Compass?
Legacy Compass helps families face a parent's later years together, and early, rather than in a crisis. A short call maps the four areas that matter, conversations, money, care and people, onto a family compass, then gives you a plan with the words to raise them and who needs to be in the room.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The Kitchen Table call and the family plan it produces are free, with no account and no card needed. You only pay if you choose to add Compass for ongoing support at twelve pounds a month, or book a one-off Expert session. The first plan costs nothing.
Do I speak to a real person?
On the free Kitchen Table call you speak to a warm, AI-led guide, not a person. If you would like a trained human, the Expert tier is a live session with a real expert who helps you build your plan together. We never pretend the free call is a person.
What does the twelve pounds a month Compass plan include?
Compass keeps your plan going. It carries your plan forward each time you come back, and turns your next steps into a checklist you can tick off as you go. It builds on the free Kitchen Table plan, and you can cancel any time.
Is my information private?
Yes. Calls are recorded and reviewed to build your plan, and we never ask for account numbers or amounts. Your data is held securely, kept for a limited time, and you can ask us to delete it. Our privacy notice sets out exactly what we collect and why.
Start the conversation before life starts it for you.
Start free, at your own kitchen table. No account, no pressure, just the first small step.
